Brokers Tip Winning at Dundalk on November 18th

Brokers Tip Working at Darren Bunyan Racing November 16th 2020

Breeder: - Cooneen stud

Trainer: Darren Bunyan (Curragh)

Pedigree: - Anjaal x Playful Promises

This flashy Chestnut son of Anjaal has run six times, winning once, and placing twice, his best runs have been in his last three races when running on the all-weather at Dundalk over five and six furlongs. On 23.10.2020 he was 1 ¾ lengths off the winner and on 04.11.2020 he was 1 ¾ lengths and a head behind on the winner. His most important run to date was his last on 18.11.2020 when he won the Test Your Tipping Talents At Every Dundalk Meeting Nursery Handicap (45-70) by ¾ length. He was prominent throughout that race and more is expected of him further down the line.

Brokers Tip was named after the 1933 Kentucky Derby winner, the race was infamous for the “fighting finish”

In the short term we are looking forward to Brokers Tip running on the all-weather at Dundalk during the Winter All Weather Programme. We are also very much looking forward to running him on grass next season. He goes on both and will have loads of options. A nice young horse to look forward to.

He is a half-brother to two-time race winner Liquid

His dam retired a maiden after four runs

His sire Anjaal was a high Class 2-year-old winning the Group 2 July stakes.
